I talked to my bosses boss about a hostle work enviroment and since its a “family dinner
” he refuses to do shit and lets her run shotgun. I’m the greatest and nicest person whilst there since I’s required of me, and I give it my =200% to be so. If I didn’t need the job so bad I’d have walked out and left them fucked. She basically told me have no rights as an employee and that if I don’t like it to leave. There is no where else in this shit town of what 750 people to get a job or I’d have walked out. Money is tight and if I had some to fall back on then yea I’d have probably said fuck you cunt and left, but I can’t. If it wasn’t for me and my server we couldn’t even keep out lights on or rent paid let alone a roof over our head. I just feel so fuckign helpless.
